The operating system for high school clubs

Stop chasing
volunteer hours.

Members check in at the event. Hours verify themselves. Dues, events, announcements and your semester report all live in one place — so your club stops running on Forms, Sheets, and group chats.

The magic moment

Attend the event, get verified hours. Zero forms.

The workflow nothing else handles well: attendance and hours are the same action, and one tap turns a whole roster into approved progress.

Members check in

Open check-in at the event — members scan the QR or punch the 4-digit code. Officers can tap names on the roster too.

Hours appear, pending

Every check-in becomes a pre-filled hour entry, linked to the event. No one re-types anything into a spreadsheet.

Bulk-approve, rings fill

Select all, approve once. Every member's progress ring updates instantly. Your report is already done.

Everything your club actually runs on

Hours are the wedge. But a club is more than hours — Chapter covers the whole year, from the first meeting to the officer handoff.

Verified hours

A progress ring leads every member's home screen — approved solid, pending as a lighter arc. Officers verify in a tap, reject with a reason, and bulk-approve a whole event at once. Rejected entries can be fixed and resubmitted.

Events & check-in

Create events, take RSVPs with capacity and a FIFO waitlist, then run projector-ready check-in with a QR + code.

Dues ledger

Mark paid, unpaid, or waived from one roster. Collected-vs-outstanding at a glance — money still flows through your school.

Announcements

A clean feed with pinning, optional email to members, and a one-tap 'copy for Remind' so you don't have to fight your group chat.

Reports & exports

A sortable 'who's behind' view, plus clean CSV and PDF the second an advisor needs a district report — one click, no hand-assembly.

Pro

Transition vault

Contacts, playbooks, and the officer-transition checklist in one place — so the club doesn't lose its memory every June. Hand your successor a real playbook, not a Google Doc graveyard.

Built for everyone in the club

One tool, three points of view. Hold different roles in different clubs — Chapter is built for that from day one.

For members

Log hours, watch your progress ring fill, and sign up for events — no more Google Forms, no wondering where you stand.

For officers

Verify hours in a tap, run check-in at events, and track dues without a spreadsheet. Get your Saturday back.

For advisors

A live view of who's on track and a clean report to hand your district — one click, defensible to any administrator.

Trust is a feature, not a footnote

Built to earn a teacher's trust

Advisors adopt tools they can defend to an administrator. Chapter is designed to be one of them.

Data minimization

Just name, email, and grad year. Never a birthdate, address, phone, or student ID.

You see only your club

Row-level security isolates every club's data. A member in one chapter can't see another's.

No ads, no selling data

Your club's data is never sold, never used to train AI. It's yours to export or delete anytime.

Photos stay private

Proof photos are visible only to the member and their officers — never in a public bucket.

Questions officers and advisors ask

The honest answers. If yours isn't here, just email us.

Is it really free?

Yes. The whole wedge — hours, events, check-in, the dues ledger, announcements, and CSV/PDF exports — is free for up to 100 active members, with no time limit. Pro ($20/club/year) only adds unlimited members, the transition vault, and the weekly digest.

How is this different from Google Forms and Sheets?

Forms and Sheets don't verify anything — entries are unverified, duplicated, and reconciled by hand before every deadline. Chapter ties hours to real attendance, so they're trustworthy, and your semester report assembles itself instead of you rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Does the whole club have to switch at once?

No. One officer starts with a join code — no procurement, no advisor sign-off. Members make accounts to log hours as they go. Keep using Remind alongside it if you like; there's even a 'copy for Remind' button so the two coexist.

What about collecting dues money?

Chapter is a ledger, not a payment processor. You mark dues paid, unpaid, or waived; the actual money still flows through your school's activity fund exactly as it does today. That's a deliberate decision so advisors never have to worry about school funds in a third-party app.

Is student data safe?

We collect only name, email, and grad year — never a birthdate, address, phone number, or student ID. Row-level security isolates every club's data, proof photos are private to the member and their officers, and we never run ads, sell data, or train AI on your club.

Do we need our advisor's approval to start?

No — any officer can start free today. When your advisor joins they get full oversight: final say on approvals, requirement setup, and the district reports. It's built so a student can adopt it now and hand the advisor a clean view later.

Run your club like it's 2026, not 2006.

Start free with a join code — no procurement, no advisor sign-off, no credit card. Your first event can run on Chapter this week.
